Those! ^^^^see those?!?

We made them!

They started off like this and it didn’t look promising….

But they came out of the oven better than they went in…

We made a lemon curd filling (first time for that too!)

And we (you know I’m talking about Skye and I, right?) took lots of pictures ☺️

We piped a ring of buttercream around the edge of the middle and filled the middle of that with a bit of lemon curd.

Then we packaged some of the better looking ones up in a little box

For our lemon loving boy!! (Saving the wonky looking ones for us)
