I found a needle felting kit at April Cornell, so I decided to try it out, and I love it!
It is really easy to get the hang of
I broke 2 needles straight off! So had to order a 20 pack on amazon 😉
The thing that sold me on buying the kit and trying it out was that it’s sometimes described as watercolor with wool. And it really is fast and creative and you don’t need a pattern. Just felt, wool roving, special sharp needles they make specifically for the craft, and a hard tack board or heavy spongelike block to work on.
If you’re interested, I would recommend a Wool felting kit from April Cornell …I’ve been interested in the craft before but it can be overwhelming to know what to buy first off.
Let me know if you try it! The perfect cozy craft for fall and winter! 🧣❤️🧶
I LOVE this! Thanks for the link. I’ve always wanted to try needle felting, but have had no idea where to begin. A friend gave me a beautiful felted poppy attached to an alligator clip frame a few years ago and it was such a great gift. One of my favorite things.
Your Asheville trip looked so fun! Was it for your anniversary? I missed that bit.
