So much has happened in this last year! It’s really hard to wrap my brain around it! Wes graduating was a big deal! It was a special milestone for him, and just neat to see God’s leading him though high school, getting a job, visiting colleges, deciding on college, all the graduation events. Then our trip out west…it was a whirlwind and a really special time for us as a family.
Our trip to Vashon island, Seattle, and Montana was a trip of a lifetime, although Skye’s talking about wanting to go to vashon again, so maybe that’ll be her senior trip??
Art class has been an absolute joy!! So glad we started back up this past summer. These kids are such an inspiration.
Skye and I have been deserted by our boys! Wes at college and Wil basically at work all the time (We have gotten smart, tho, and made him schedule in time for us!)
So skye and I have gotten to enjoy some creative time together this year and fun field trips. Learning about flower arranging, cake decorating, biking together, beach, photo ops, shopping, walks. It’s been special.
20 years for us!!! So thankful for our time in Asheville- we had soooo much fun together! Great memories- our little apartment in Asheville, the food, the art, the shopping, the horseback riding….magical
Taking time for art again, painting, felting, selling at my shops, it’s been rejuvenating for sure.
Enjoying Wes when he gets to come home, once for the fair, thanksgiving, and Christmas
I have to mention intermittent fasting because it’s changed my life in the greatest way!! Even right now, smack dab in the middle of holiday season, I’m still losing weight…but getting to eat my favorite treats!!! Just eat only during a 4 or 5 (or 6-8 to start) window. It’s slow and steady, I’ve lost 7 pounds in 6 months. But those were stubborn 40 year old pounds to move!! 🙂 🙂
Thankful for this Christmas season to wrap up a beautiful year. So thankful to the Lord for what He has allowed in our family. A wonderful gift, a friend recently accepted Christ into his life, so this year really is sweet. Hoping your 2019 was great….and we’re off to a new year.
My word for 2020 is going to be INTENTIONAL. More on that later…a good thing to think about 🙂 ♥️❤️💗
Thank you, Sara! We loved it! Certainly God has been good to you. We thank Him regularly that your desire is to live for Him.❤️ We pray that will be the desire of Wes’s, Wil’s, and Skye’s hearts 🥰 We love you all sooo much!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
