Happy to get back to art classes in this new year!

We made a cute little winter scene…this was the sample….

And a 3 year old…LOVE the tree placement!!

I was inspired by the birds chirping outside….we’ve had warm weather and cold weather, you just never know what it’ll be!

The newest (and sweetest) obsession!! Baking and decorating sugar cookies

These are a mess…we are learning!! 😉 Skye and I have been watching a lot of Kids’ Baking Championship…so tomorrow we are going to have a contest to see who can decorate the best cookies 🙂

It’s been a lot of fun to learn about royal icing

Dave and I got in a date at the Morgan Street Food Hall….my favorite Raleigh Rolls inspired by my Dad; almond and raspberries!

Painting and felting!!! Pretty much my trifecta these days:

1) Paint

2) Felt

3) Teach art classes.

Oh go ahead– add in a fourth; bake and decorate cookies!

(Fifth? Eat cookies?!) 🙂

Teaching art inspires me!

And then a visit to Three Little Birds! I visit the shops once a month to drop off new art and pick up checks. Thankful that things have been selling

A very sweet client took a photo of the art she ordered for above her daughter’s bed. I love this room!

And a dear friend took a pic of a painting in her sunroom. I love seeing my work in someone’s home!!! It makes me so happy and thankful.

Finally, a few photos from our dear nephew’s wedding last month. We missed Wes, he was at school.

So thankful for God’s leading in our lives. Just all that He allows us to do…the paths He leads us on. The color He created for us to enjoy.
