Dave, Skye, and I went to Nashville this last week to go to the Sing music conference

We had an amazing time in this arena with thousands of other musicians (mainly, it’s mostly geared toward church musicians, but they let me in, so you can see it’s for everyone!)

The drive there was fun, we stopped outside of Asheville and ate here:

The food was super good…

This artichoke dip was fabulous

Got to the hotel… we were staying downtown Nashville and were on the 12th floor…I think it’s scary to stay up that high! But we got used to it!

Went outside to the sound of country music everywhere! It’s so noisy!! All the music blending together…I must be old. Skye thought it was exciting…I just wanted to find good souvenirs!

The Bridgestone arena where the conference was held.

Standing in line to get into the arena. We met the nicest people in line! And this is where we saw Laura Story walk by, but I didn’t know it was her because I was looking at her feet (she was just wearing socks!)

We so loved every minute!!

View from our hotel window (12th floor!)

Skye and I went thrift shopping!

And got smoothies

Fun times = blurry photo

Side note: I just completely shrunk that striped shirt in our dryer …SAD!!!

Waffle panini monte cristo sandwich!!

Nutella strawberry waffle!!
There’s so much more to say about the actual conference itself…so I’ll leave that for another post. I’m already trying to convince Dave we need to go next year 😉
And who, may I ask, is Laura Story?
