
Here’s our version of Crawford Cookshop’s salad…

Spring mix, cut into small pieces
+

Candied walnuts (chop walnuts, add to pan, add 2T sugar, stir over medium heat until all sugar is melted, cool)
+

Shaved or grated Parmesan cheese
+
Simple vinaigrette …equal parts oil and vinegar, a few spoonfuls of powdered sugar, salt + pepper….whisk together.
Mix all ingredients together.
