We hadn’t seen Val and Jay for awhile…so good to catch up and see their new place!

I blogged about Val a long time ago…she’s my artsy friend and I was so excited to see her house; I knew it would be creative, cozy, and eclectic.

First off, they have done an amazing amount of work on their property: gardens, animals, trails, building projects.

They got a lot of collections from Jay’s Dad…check out the old ironing board with the pin collection

AND she’s a great cook! I love her dog-eared and beloved pioneer woman cookbooks

Val still cuts hair on the side and has a cute little she-shed out back for her salon.
